Very rude. Zero customer service. No acknowledgment when we walked in or left, which made for an awkward interaction. Won’t be coming here again.

The team at Thirsty Quaker helped me purchase an all-in-one electric homebrew system that I had been agonizing over for months. They were really responsive, helpful, and patient with my many questions and eased my concerns about an, at the time, hard to source piece of equipment. Just made my first batch with the equipment and it went great. And the shipping was both really cheap and delivered very quickly for such a big package! Cheers!

I can't comment on the beer, as I'm a whiskey guy. But their local delivery service for CO2 tanks (if you want to avoid the outrageous Sodastream, Drinkmate, etc., "tax"), is fantastic. Always same day or next day, and refund for the tank exchange is always a short while after the delivery (always same day), which means the card transaction settles for the net amount at the end of the day, no waiting for a refund. The staff on phone and delivery are always polite and competent (a combo that is as welcome as sadly rare these days). I can't wait until one of my beer nerd friends visits and I can bring them to the shop, because they deserve all the local patronage the can get. Simply a great local business.
